Virgin Active Contract **** - *******ly charging additional fees due to incompetence of staff

Virgin Active is *****ing my money. The sales person sold me a contract for 2 years with hidden clauses that is now causing me to pay double my premium. When cancelling this contract, I had to pay in several thousands of Rand as a cancellation fee. After paying them off to cancel my account, their support staff took more than a week to cancel the account and would not even have responded if I did not follow up. I am now facing more fees due to the fact that the support team did not cancel the contract when requested. There are several *******ities and irregularities in the mails received from the virgin active support team(5 different people so far...) and they are still insisting that I pay additional fees due to their *********** staff not cancelling my contract accordingly.

I have the entire mail trail and would like to have a lawyer assist me in this matter as I believe that what they are doing is ******* and could have dire consequences.

Please assist me in this matter urgently, I don't have an endless supply of money for them to take and increase fees as they feel fit.
