virgin active contract

December last yr we joined.we weren't told or explained everything bcse the guy was in a hurry to sign us up.the frst debit was sppose to go off end of January but end of December it wnt off.i dd speak to Daryn nd KG both Managers nd I was gld they will srt it out.3 of the contracts were cancelled nd they were sppose to cancel everything rite.i got paid back only R1298. instead of R1710. Nd they deducted another R180 this mnth .they kp on feeding me wth stories tht they gona srt it ouf but realy nw we in April awrdy.

Nd on top of it all the ple at call centre gve me different totals if I want to cancel. So it tlls me something fishy going on
