Virgin Active Constantia - worst experience!

Worst experience at Virgin Active Constantia… you would think that they would treat a inquiring customer with respect but my friend who I brought was treated with such disrespect that she will probably never set foot in a virgin active again and I will definitely not be renewing my membership… I am still awaiting an apology or some kind of acknowledgement.
