Virgin Active Constantia - Ventilation Not Working Despite COVID pandemic

I just did my first COVID pandemic workout at the Constantia gym. Half way through my cycle I realised the ventilation in the cardio area had not been switched on !

The manager on duty chose to argue with rather than phone the senior gym manager to come and sort out the problem.
