Virgin Active Con

We went into the Pavilion Virgin Active to get information. The agent gave my partner a tour but I had to do my own tour. He was quick to inform us that there were classes we could attend and there would be people on the floor to assist us. He took us to an office, asked a bunch of questions, and we were asked to sign the digital signature without being given the document we were signing to read. We found out that it was a 2 year contract. On going to the gym in the times were were given, we found there were never any classes and we never saw anyone on the floor to assist with the correct use of machines. When we tried to cancel the contract after 12 months, the staff were very rude and we did not hand in our cancellation letters.

As far as I am concerned, all Virgin Active is intested in doing is making their commission by signing one on in a whirl and it then being too late.
