Virgin active compliant

I am having an issue with Virgin Active Fores**** ( Cape Town ) , where one of their ex workers has processed a contract on my name and the signature on the contract is not mine. Initially I was looking into join the gym and I reached the part where I entered my banking details and I advised the salesman who was helping whose name is Bevin , where I had advised him that I would come back and sign the contract as I had to go and start my shift , he agreed and his was with his colleague whose name is either Riyaaz or Fawaaz . On that day I sent him a text advising that I would still come back and sign the contract , which he thumbs uped the message. I ended up not going , which I then noticed the end on January 2023 virgin active made a deduction which I was confused of because to my knowledge I did not sign anything. I went to the club and they advised me that the guy who helped me resigned from the club and there’s nothing they can do . I then spoke to Riyaaz or Fawaaz who was the salesman that day . The manager at the time advised they will help me with resolving the matter . I kept on going to the club as deductions were continuing . I’ve been sending my Id and writing statements and the club is now saying these people I am mentioning never worked at the club . I am not happy with this as they are trying to not solve the problem
