Virgin Active Committing *****

In 2019 my wife became pregnant, and we cancelled both our virgin contracts and in 2020 after my daughter was born we moved. It is now 2025, and I am receiving nasty messages from MBD regarding my virgin account which I don't have. Trying to resolve this the MBD Staff keep hanging up the phone. I am furious as I am now being blacklisted for debt I didn't make. I cannot get through to anyone to address this issue, as they all feel it is ok to hang up the phone.
