Virgin Active Collection membership disappointment

In April 2021 I upgraded to Virgin Active Collection membership. When I try to book for a class on my App and also on the Virgin Active website, Moses Mabhida is not listed on the drop down menu therefore I am unable to book for any classes there.

As advised by Virgin Active staff I sent an email to the web admin email address on 19 April 2021, I have never had a response and am still unable to book online for any classes at Moses Mabhida.

All I got was an automated response which stated Case: qQw8xV, Ticket: tZOqbp
