Virgin Active Clubs - Gym Session Time Restrictions

Virgin active clubs are restricting their member's gym sessions to an hour and expecting the members to pay the full monthly subscriptions. Virgin Active failing to give a reply on the question if this is allowed as per the contract signed. They blaming it on government restrictions due to covid 19. Government restriction also applies to the capacity and has got nothing to do with a time restriction on a gym session.
