VIRGIN ACTIVE CHEATED ME AND THEY ADMIT IT!!

Hi,<br> <br> I was hassled for 6 months by Nohile Moyo to join, but they were too expensive. When she found out I was a student she offered me a student Premier account that specifies in the contract that I will have unlimited access to clubs, Premier hours (not off peak), and its cheaper (even though theres a heavy sign up fee of R1500). So i signed up and I was supposed to get a bag and the first month free as that was the promo (I didn't), but whatever i thought.. its fine I got the contract I wanted.<br> <br> Well, 1 month later they tell me sorry we made a mistake, you're actually not allowed full access, you're only allowed during off peak hours..***!! I specifically made it clear in the beginning before even considering the contract that i can only gym from 5-7am, and not I'm only allowed in from 8-4, the exact hours when I study. And even though they are in BREACH of the contract that they promised me. I have it in writing that I am allowed PREMIER access to the gym not OFF PEAK.. I would like what I signed up for. What I was promised, or I'd like all my money back and full refund of my signup fee!! I'm a student for God's sake!!
