VIRGIN ACTIVE - CHARGING FOR INACTIVITY

As part of Discovery Health joined Virgin Active as we all stupidly do. Never once went into gym and when couldn’t afford the medical aid and stopped it my Virgin Active membership went up from a couple of hundred to close to R1000….

Tried to stop the debit order via the bank and all the means at my disposal to no avail. Eventually I changed banks because of this issue where there VA collected over R16k with abs no services delivered. Now the same party is trying to phone me and report me to the credit bureau for the same!???
