Virgin active Century city - request to pay transfer fees 5 years after moving to their branch.

Im utterly disgusted at the Virgin active branch in Century city.

In 2020, I had asked them to over my account over from Gateway KZN to Century city as well to clear outstanding fees on my account, as I had requested the account to be frozen during Covid.

This was successful done in 2020, however now in 2025, I have constantly stopped when entering the gym and being told that my account is in Gateway and now I must pay a transfer fees 5 years later.

This is utterly disappointing, as my son is on my account in Century city and yet it says that my account is in Gateway.
