Virgin Active Century City - don't waste your time

Was given a day pass to visit a Virgin Active and went to the one in Century City in Cape Town, I went with my sister and our partners. The front desk staff were really mean from the get go - we handed in our day passes and the lady quite literally just blank staired at us for 10 seconds and after that was super unintrested in providing us information - she just handed us a book which we figured out was to fill out our information. which we did wrong unfortunetly and the lady got upset and said that she will get a fine if we fill it out wrong and we have to fill it out correctly (bearing in mind we had 0 information given to us) we then had to wait for a sale person to come talk to use - which was explained to us, the recepionist just pointed to the couches and told us to sit (which made 0 sense) Couldn't really judge the gym as a whole because that whole interaction put me on edge and made me feel quite uncomfortable and made me self concious when working out - and I always feel like gyms should be a comfortable safe place which this Virgin Active didn't feel like that at all Big thumbs down experience for me
