Do yourself a favour and DO NOT join this specific club. The staff are exceptionally rude and unpleasant . They act like they own the place and doing you a favour! Uh no! I pay membership fees and expect to be treated as such. As a 8 month pregnant women who needs help, being told that my helper can’t assist me to carry/dress my daughter when she has swimming lessons is unacceptable. VA has the capability to allow this yet the staff here make the entire experience unpleasant and make you feel like you are trying to enter *******ly. I cannot wait for VA Rooihuiskraal to re-open, they are the opposite of this club and are always helpful. When I asked Palesa to speak to the manager I was told she had already left for the day. So disappointed in this club. Virgin Active - speak to your people to do better!
