Virgin ACtive Cash back is a ****

<p>I joined Virgin Active at Parkview on the 20th of January and was promised a cash back of R500. The lady who helped me join said that I'll get my money on the 21st of Feb. 21st of Feb came and gone ... nothing happended. I phoned today to ask when I get my money and the response im getting is that the debit order didn't go of on the 1st of Feb and thats why. I received a SMS stating that my debit order will go off on the 1st but there were no indication of ANY type of contact information to change the date or nothing (how do I know it wasnt a SPAM email) . NO ONE told me it should go off then and I asked the lady at virgin to do it on the 5th cause that when I get my income. Why do I have to be the one punished because Virgin ACtives personell doesn't communicate. It doesn't help something is stated in the terms and conditions and the attendant doent even want you to read it and take your time. Worst service ever!!! </p>
