Virgin Active Cascades: Contempt and disrespect for members

Virgin Active Cascades: The swimming pool is inaccessible again, second time in a couple of months.

Anyone can understand that from time to time things go wrong, but what is infuriating is that no notification is sent out to members to alert them that the pool is not available, so it means a wasted trip to the gym (for me a very long trip) for no reason except Virgin Active's absolute contempt and disrespect for their members.

I had previously complained about not receiving notifications to keep members up to date on unavailable facilities, and even left my phone number. No call, no notifications received from anyone. Disgusting!

Virgin Active is an expensive gym that operates like a cheap gym. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful with no consideration for the members who pay their salaries and keep them in business.
