virgin active carlswald The service is so bad that even the manager called zanele she doesn’t know how to treat members right , I don’t even know how she got to be promoted as a manager she’s so useless , my membership is at cedar and I went there today and she refused to let me in and I was with my wife and my wife is a member there at virgin active carlswald but the service was **** even the gym is untidy. There no proper management and I will never step my foot in that gym .
