Virgin Active can't get their debit order admin in order

I changed banking details 3 months ago. Virgin Head Office still can't get my debit order right!! After the 3rd month they still have the audacity to call me saying my account membership has not been paid. ITS BECAUSE YOU CANT GET YOUR ADMIN SORTED. DO IT NOW OR I WILL FIND ANOTHER GYM!
