Virgin Active Cancellation - *******

I moved back to Cape Town recently and when I arrived I contacted Virgin Active to move my membership to a Cape Town club. I then realized that I would not need the gym this year and then phoned in to cancel. I did not use the gym in Cape Town, but because I changed clubs I owe Virgin Active R200. They are a real ******* and Matthew Bucknall, Richard Branson an co should be ashamed of the service that they provide. I should pay R200 but I did not even use the Cape Town club
