Virgin active canceling classes

On the 19 of July 2018, we were told that virgin active will be cutting our spinning (indoor cycling class) at wonderpark virgin active. When we ask why, at first they said that they have budget problems. Now they say they are cutting classes that do not perform, but to our supprise the Tuesday 90 min class (18:00 -19:30) is always 110% full participation. The class is always full and the mangemant do not want to even here the views of those who attends the class. People are not happy about this because virgin active is making a fortune in it's one financial year and again one member is paying an amount over R400. The did cut the two Friday classes we complained nothing happened now they are doing it again. When will this stop. We need to be listened to as well since we are contributing. Someone please assist.
