Virgin Active call Centre

Called the call centre on this number this morning ***, was being "assisted" by a lady named Celeste. I was so polite and understanding to her, she literally just ignored me cause I could hear her colleagues talking in the background. I hate call centres because of people like her. Virgin Active made a whole mess up on my account and I'm not liable for it. They literally finessed me and my wife to reactivate out accounts with 50% off for the next four months. Everything was done over the phone.
