Virgin Active - Call center

Probably the worst call center experience ever, My wife and I have been trying to cancel a contract which we have a medical doctors note for being medically unfit. All the call center people are always get rude and laugh when you get frustrated, a lady called Thuli Macala is basically laughing at my wife, saying "listen to me darling, you are not listening." I will rather drive 20km further to gym to moov or planet fitness than deal with the most condescending.. I am this close to losing my **** over phone due to the disrespect. 10 out of 10 wil not recommend!!
