Virgin Active ********* business practice

My contract was cancelled without my permission through the unauthorized actions of their call centre agent Thabo Khanyile, Sales Consultant, T +***1, W ***. The right thing to do is to reinstate the contract as it was, but that Virgin is unable to do so due to its own limitations. Further, Virgin denied access to the gym even though payments have been received. Now I am being forced by Virgin to sign a contract for 12 month with an increased contribution.
