Virgin Active Bully Tactics

Due to ill health and the cost of remaining a member, I followed the process of resigning my membership, I had been a member for more than five years, and I methodically gave 30day notice in September 2025. I was provided with the final settlement, A month plus a few days to ensure 30days. I am continuously sent reminders for an extra months membership and have even been threatened with a hand over. Numerous phone calls I have been assured that the mistake is on their side. ( All calls are recorded) However to date they continue with this harassment , and a promise to correct their error. Not a company that shows efficiency in their accounts communication.
