Virgin Active Budget cut after fee increase!

I have been gyming at Virgin Active Carlswald for the past year. The reason for joining a gym was to get help and support in my workouts and the classes were one of the reasons i was kren to join a gym. Recently our monthly subscription was increased, however the classes have all been cancelled. All the external trainers have been let go due to "budget cuts". What budget cut when monthly fees have increased. We were also told that the classes have been cancelled due to low attendance. I would like to know if a school closes due to students bunking class? We were never alerted of the cancellations today i woke up only to be told classes are cancelled. Should a survey of some sort not have been sentbout to confirm which classes can be taken out of the timetable? Virgin active does not give us the option to pay per attendance or based on how often you attend. Yet they can at free will pull the plug on classes. A gym with an entire spin studio has cut down on spin classes. The external instructors have been replaced by the internal gym assistants who take us through the same routines everyday.
