Virgin Active Bryaston - DISGUSTING

If I could give a minus 5 stars, I would, with the appalling Virgin Active Bryanston's service; it's a nightmare. XABISO, the salesman, didn't follow my instructions to close my account within the cooling-off period after I told him 5 times to close the account, then he ghosted me and blocked me. PUSELETSO then confirms that she has closed my account and nothing is pending. I am again being debited. How can we be experiencing such in this day & age of technology? I am annoyed, angry, and perplexed.
