Virgin Active Bryanston - HORRIBLE

I used to gym here - not anymore. The gym is located in an awkward spot, there is no generator and the staff are rude (most of them, anyways). On the 30th April, I cancelled my membership and the individual who helped me told me to fill out a form and that someone would call me. I kept a copy and he kept a copy. Unfortunately, I had since lost that copy. Month after month I was billed. I had only realised in Dec 2022 while checking my debit orders and thus cancelled my debit order in 2022 via my bank and disputed the amount that was taken from my account in Jan 2023. Shocking service: 1. Nobody called me when I initially cancelled my membership in April 2022. 2. My account was continually billed after I had requested for it to be cancelled in April 2022.

I must point out that it is this branch who has shocking service. I used to gym at 2 other virgin actives and never experienced such bad customer service, there. DO NOT EVER GO TO VIRGIN ACTIVE BRYANSTON!
