Virgin Active Boulders. Not good enough

My name is Phumla. I use virgin active Boulders in Midrand. This virging active in most days doesn't have water. Ever since I joined their WhatsApp group they have announced more than 10 times that the gym doesn't have water. I joined in August and I was not on their WhatsApp group for over a month. This is bad because we cannot even shower after working out. We cannot use the tiolets, we dont have drinking water. Its just a mess. We are told to go to other facilities that we are not oriented its an additional 5 to 6km drive that was not planned. Month end they want their monies in full. Either than that the staff is friendly and they make do with what they have. Like last weekend the 26 Oct 2024, the aqua aerobics instructor did not have music and we could not have the class. It's sometimes disappointing because we made time to come to the gym and things are not done. I don't blame the instructor for that it is management's fault
