VIRGIN ACTIVE BOOKING SYSTEM SUCKS

I am so disappointed in the booking system of virgin active. You book for a class and yet your space is given to someone else who has not booked. You get there before the class starts. The management there allows people to double book themselves and by the time you get there you don't have space you are told the class is full. What is the point then if that is going to happen really what a waste of time. Then rather change it to first come first serve as the booking system is clearly not working.
