Virgin active Boksburg k90

Today morning I went to virgin active Boksburg k90 and by the reception I got this guy by the name of Nhlahla, I explained to him that I have two sisters that would like to join can we get a consultant to assist us. He first asked me when did I join the gym I told him about 6 ago he said they no longer allow people to come through to check out the gym without an appointment and they no longer allow one day pass for clients that would like to join the gym, I brought them to the gym because I know virgin is currently running a promo that when you refer people you get a month free that’s why I brought them to the gym. We ended up driving to Sunward Park virgin active and they were also shocked of the service we got there, virgin active is lucky that my sisters still had the heart to try a different club while i’ve Waisted my fuel going to k90. When I asked to see the club manager he said he’s the manager currently in at the moment, when I told him i’ve Been a member for years and i’ve Never experienced such service and he said he’s worked for so long for virgin active and he knows that you must book first to come. I am irritated by this behavior and I felt victimized as a customer he was not remorseful and wasn’t considerate. As a person in sales I would never treat my clients the way Nhlanhla treated me and I want to cancel my membership on those reasons.
