VIRGIN ACTIVE BOKSBURG

I am a member of virgin active menlyn and a vitality member. Iam doing business in or tambo For 3 days,i drove to virgin active boksburg to ask if it will be possible to use the gym for 3 days only.

The reception lady was very accommodating and granted me 3 days pass. I went to the the gym with no incident,untill today,were i met a very rude miss MBALI. She refused me entrance on the last day,when i tried to explain the arrangement to her,she told me that she will do me a Hugh favor and maybe let me in . I told miss MBALI that she has no control of her gym because she does not no whats happening in the gym and what her staff is doing. And i reminded her that she is not doing me any favors,iam paying a very high fee every month,and just wanted a little professional curtesy. Iam very very disappointed in VA boksburg,and to be honest we really do not need VA because there is a lot of other options out there (PLANET FITNES)
