Virgin active billing

Please can someone in a senior position from accounts help!

My account has been constantly rollercoasting with non captured payments on Virgins admin end, I constantly go between consultants issuing proof of payments from my bank statement only to be met with another bizarre amount that I'm "owing"

I'm throughly frustrated at this point
