how ***** can one company be???? i see you robbing ALOT of people! WOW! and you still continue doing it! i joined Virgin active middle April - paid R99 for April, i am with discovery medical aid, i did not have vitality at that current moment, joined vitality 1 May, Ernst at Virgin Active Wonderboom, Pretoria, told me the full premium of R570 will be deducted on the 1 May, and i need to come in to virgin active, before the 7 May so they can refund me, then i will continue to pay the normal vitality fee of R142.50. till today i have NOT received my refund, and all they say is the system is offline - since May 2021 - REALLY???? 1 June correct amount of R142.50 was deducted 1 July correct amount of R142.50 was deducted 1 August an amount of R505.65 was deducted - i reversed the transaction. 16 August they tried again to deduct the R505.65 - i reversed it AGAIN! i did NOT give authorisation for Virgin Active to deduct that amount from my account. 1 Sept amount of R570 deducted - i reversed it again.

i WANT someone to call me - but they JUST DONT CALL.

you can not call them, all they say is the system is offline, you can send a email - no one responds. i spoke to Ernst which is so called the manager from Virgin Active Wonderboom Pretoria, he just ignores my request, makes promises but dont do anything!!!!!
