Virgin Active

My cellphone got ****** in my locker while it was safely locked with a padlock. It got ****** while I quickly stepped into the shower which was less than 5 minutes.

The first thing I was told is that this happens a lot at that gym and that there’s nothing they can do. Apparently there is a syndicate at the gym that *****s cellphones regularly.

The lady that was assisting me took my details and said she’ll log a call but nothing with happen unfortunately. I have also not received any communication from them whatsoever.

This is really not safe for everyone that uses the gym facilities and I’m worried it’s being treated like a normal thing by virgin active.
