Virgin Active Bellairs bad service

I would just like to say Virgin Active Bellairs has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Who ever is actually looking into each branch, seriously needs to put more time into Bellairs. I find they are never on the floor helping and as for today I was treated with no manners. I'm glad I'm moving to another Virgin cause this one I've actually over stayed my welcome.
