VIRGIN ACTIVE BELLAIRS

I have registered for a booster pack with virgin active bellairs and paid R528 cash. The trainer never contacted me to book sessions. When I enquired why I was not contacted... He rep**** he is to busy. I requested a refund and I was advised that a refund cannot be processed as the trainer has provided sessions to me. I requested proof of the sessions(camera footage) which could not be provided. The manager Daniel thereafter contacted me and advised that I would be refunded however its over a week now and still not feed back. I have been having endless problems with thses people.
