Virgin Active Bel Air

Virgin Active Bel Air- The club recently shared a that they are increasing their monthly fees, however, while the club looks really amazing the WiFi in the club never works. Which is a huge problem for those of us who do online workouts. The classes at the club are extremely limited and very boring. Early, high energy classes no longer exist. For a club that’s as premium as this one, they have a very few classes and they have very basic classes. They don’t have sound therapy like other clubs do and they’ve also removed a lot of fun classes I used to enjoy a few years ago like Bums and Tums. I’m not a happy member here anymore and while I keep my membership I prefer not to come to this club because it looks pretty but that’s all. The issues I’ve raised in the club haven’t been adequately addressed and I’ve received no feedback regarding my WhatsApp enquiry either. So I’m not a happy member at VA Bel Air. There’s no social media for the club, there’s no email address for the club. Like a lot has changed and the club is not what it used to be two-three years ago.
