Virgin Active Bedfordview cleaner Palesa stole my shoes

Since I have joined Virgin Active, I never had such a bad experience. I visited Virgin Active Bedfordview on the 10th September in the afternoon, after group class training I went straight to change rooms, I was with Nthabiseng and Zoe. A bench closer to a locker I used was full, I had to change lockers, then it happened I forgot my shoes on the first locker. Nthabiseng saw my shoes, and she kept on making a joke saying " Madam left her shoes". Nthabiseng when we were about to leave she called a cleaner Palesa to take it to a receptionist and the three of us ( Me, Zoe and Nthabiseng) saw her walking to that locker to take it. Nthabiseng is confirming that she took it because she was last to walk out. Cleaner Palesa even confirmed that she is taking it on the day to gym reception. Today this evening when I was walking out from the gym I asked a staff member to look for it but they didn't find it and surprisingly enough cleaner Palesa didn't even record it on the lost item register and to me it is very clear that she stole it.

I got Glesia's number from one of the hygiene staff who was on duty today. I phoned Glesia and she said she has called Palesa and she is saying she never saw my shoes. Virgin Active Bedfordview, this is so unlike of you to hire ******* like Palesa, as members we cannot afford to work with Palesa - she deserves be out of employment and join her peers who are ******* like her. Her colleagues had confirmed that ***** Palesa just got hired. NO NO NO, not with our belonging, I refuse!! First time at the gym I lost something, I am used to loyal and friend gym hygiene staff members at Eastgate and also at Bedfordview who respect their jobs, who always keep out items not this new hobo, new phara, damn ***** cleaner, idiot Palesa.

Virgin Active I have nothing to argue with you I want my shoes ASAP.
