Virgin active bedfordview bad service

Started at the gym before going to work. It turns out virgin active bedfordview doesn’t have hot water to shower in this cold winter. You walk-in and there is not even a form of notification to say there is no hot water. I speak to the manager on duty she tells me that it’s because there is no electricity. I ask her so if there is no electricity you won’t have hot water. She says yes. But this is not what I signed up for. Now I have to drive back home just to take a shower and the worst part is that you don’t even put a notice to say there is no hot water. I asked if you don’t have a generator and she said no. This is pathetic service.
