Virgin Active - Beacon Bay - Faulty Treadmills and Machines

Virgin Active Beacon Bay - gym equipment in a shocking state. Treadmills are extremely old (approximately 15 years old) and most are completely faulty and the rest are barely working. Virgin Active Head Office don't seem to care, the machines need replacement. Promises have been made to service and repair the machines but the state of the treadmills continues to decline. The weight machines are also in a terrible state of disrepair with signs stating "not in use". Covid resulted in every second machine being put out of use, now the broken machines are adding to the ever increasing number of unusable machines. Virgin Active Head Office need to conduct a site visit and turn the situation around.
