Virgin Active Bad Treatment
I am a member of Virgin Active, Century City. Due to the completely ridiculous, unsafe, and inconvenient construction of the parking lot, we were told that we can use any gym, except premium. <br> <br> Every SINGLE time I go to Sunningdale gym, the person who swipes me card tells me I am from Century City and cannot enter. It is getting VERY irritating, and quite frankly I am sick of having to explain myself because your staff are not knowledgeable about other clubs. <br> <br> Train them, or put up a big sign that says \Century City members can use any gym so stop treating them like idiots"<br> <br> Thanks """
