Virgin Active Bad Service!

Ive been a member for 6 years, my son the same. We have never had visitors come with us. Today my nephew wanted to come and see what a workout session at our gym would be like. Hes 15, and they refused to let him in. Apparently the new rule is to pay R150 ! I find this unacceptable for a once off. The club manager wouldn't let him in!!! Please reply Virgin Active!!
