VIRGIN ACTIVE BAD SERVICE

Virgin Active has a very bad service. Network is always down. You will pay your monthly premium but they will always be calling you denying access to the gym when they have your money. When you call the call center consultant are rude and blocks from speaking to team leaders or managers so get your matter resolved. They either hang up on you it's like consultants are sabotaging the company. Yooo I won't recommend anyone to join Virgin active at this point the frustration members are getting with a system accounts which is never updated .while paying a lot of no value of money.
