VIRGIN ACTIVE BAD review and NEDBANK ATTORNEYS BAD REVIEW

This is confusing, RIGHT?

I have bad debt with three institutions and with the one three lots of situations.

So I recently RECEIVED an amount of TAX FREE money and offered to pay AWAY two of these BAD DEBT accounts.

Let me list those five accounts before I proceed further: 1. Telkom SA 2. MFC (a division of Nedbank) 3. Nedbank Personal loan attorneys 4. Nedbank Credit Card attorneys 5. VIRGIN ACTIVE

So Monday past, I was summons to COURT (due to writing notes just like this one...it seems)! This means that I have to prepare paperwork to present to LEGAL AID lawyers, which I actually QUALIFY to use the FREE services of.

So getting back to my point is that VIRGIN ACTIVE SA is refusing to allow me to PAY a debt of R3500 away for the amount of HALF since this discount is only given to members who (wait for it) will actually sign another contract with them! However, I am going to insist I pay AWAY this debt paying just HALF THIS AMOUNT since during LOCKDOWN, a call centre person told me that she was going to organize for me that she can organize this.

Then Nedbank Credit Card attorneys refused my offer to pay AWAY my debt of now more than R10000 for R4000 since they asked me to mention an amount and I did. Why do this if you are not going to EVEN entertain this proposal?

To stay focused on these two bad debt accounts than to magically think I must not eat or pay rent on a ZERO INCOME, is silly see!

So, I am now in the process of handling my bad debt via LEGAL AID and will ask why both these DEBT COLLECTORS always say they going to summons me to court but never do! I also want to know why do the two original institutions NOT still just handle my accounts as I want to know if my debt with the two original institutions has indeed been settled (or I think the wording to use is to ask if my debt has been bought over)!

Before you see, I was just writing writing material and saving it in public online, now though I feel that since real people write to HELLOPETER than us seemingly make-believe in the arts field earning "EXPOSURE" I am going to really get a chance to pay up my debt or even SUE!?
