Virgin Active Athlone facility in poor condition

I would like to know why the VA Athlone (Gatesville) gym in Cape Town is in such a bad condition. The gym is very busy, so they are getting their monthly payments. The equipment is outdated, and the locker room and showers are in a bad condition. The showers are borderline dirty. The soap dispensers are broken, no covers on the drains, tiles are loose in the showers and there is no hot water in the mornings. There is one hairdryer which does not always work. The other plug sockets look broken. You are supposed to provide a functional facility, people pay. You are not providing a free service.

They get their money every month but expect people to satisfied with a substandard facility. I can accept the weights and equipment being outdated but there is no excuse for the showers and locker rooms to look like that.

Increase your gym fees then but provide a proper facticity.
