Virgin Active Athlone are ****mers

Do not trust Virgin Active! I signed up for a 2 year contract and paid for the full 2 years up-front. A few months before my contract was going to end, they opened an unauthorized debit order on my account and debited me for a contract I had already paid for. They refuse to refund the money and to delete my banking details. I was also promised 3 months free membership at the end of my contract, which they now claim to have no knowledge of. I have been trying to sort this out for 3 months, everyone just says they're escalating the investigation. I have not had a single call-back yet. Virgin Active are a ********* business that will lie and ***** from you. Absolutely disgusted at the level of incompetence I've had to endure with them.
