Virgin active at their best again.

As a member I can't understand why if all the other member should stand in a queue while other members that are also aware of the current limits can arrive just before class starts and walk in and staff telling you you must wait, but they get preferential access. Should we all then misuse this or just havr those members be told to come early as there might be delays.
