VIRGIN ACTIVE ARE THE WORSE!!!!

Appalling Service that I get from Virgin Active, I was promised a 3 months free gym, never got it!! instead my account was debited with a R530!! I am on vitality which means I need to pay R132 which never happened. Every month they just deduct money, Since May I have tried to sort out this problem with no luck! Lots of promises that it will be fixed but it doesn't! In fact now they have cancelled my membership so I can't even go to gym and all I wanted was a refund and the correct amount to be debited. I'm truly surprised by how little they care! I have send so many mails, made calls, visited the gym nothing!!! THEY JUST DON'T CARE ABOUT ANY OF THEIR MEMBERS!!!
