Virgin Active are the BIGGEST *******!!

Virgin Active does NOT know how to do a simple debit order and I keep getting phone calls from their staff stating I owe money!!! I have asked now numerous times for a higher up to phone me and then I get asked why if my account is in areas, which it is not as per all my bank statements I have sent to them!!
