Virgin active are ****** ,*****ing peoples money

I was not notified with the closure of Southgate club and was moved to Soweto club without my knowledge. Virgin active has been *****ing my money for a whole year and when I request to cancel ,The consultant failed to acknowledge my bad experience ,went on to offer me 50% in Soweto where as I don't even stay close to Soweto
